Our Leadership

In June 2014 the church adopted a new leadership structure called a single board model. Instead of an Administrative Council with representation from Trustees, Finance, Staff-Parish Relations and several operational committees; we are led by a twelve-person Leadership Board that meets monthly and has absorbed the responsibility of the previous administrative committees. All ministry teams now operate autonomously and report periodically to the Leadership Board.  Leadership Board members are on a staggered rotation schedule with three year terms.
